Guyed Masts Towers
Ni..Bar creation is a leading installer of all-welded lattice guyed towers for the wireless and mobile towers. We offer an extensive line of guyed towers, ranging from 12" to 60" face widths and able to accommodate most loading and wind speed requirements. Our engineering team will analyze the terrain conditions at the site with the requested antenna loading to ensure that local wind speed and climatic conditions are met. Each structure is designed with tubular or solid rod legs to current EIA/TIA-222 standards applicable to the tower's location. Each Ni..Bar creation guyed tower is hot dip galvanized per ASTM A123 standards.
A guyed masts tower is a tall thin vertical structure that depends on guy lines for stability. The guyed masts tower itself has the compressive strength to support its own weight, but usually does not have the shear strength to stand unsupported, and requires guy lines, diagonal tensioned cables attached to the ground, usually spaced at equal angles about its base, to resist lateral forces such as wind loads and keep it upright. These structures are generally used as transmission towers for broadcasting & telecommunication purposes and to support different types of wire aerials for which the entire tower structure often is insulated against the ground.
In some cases telecommunication guyed masts towers and monopoles towers can be anchored to the tops of Self-supporting towers e.g. the Gerbrandy Toren in Europe. Such structures are also used for meteorological measurements.
